Try Bonblick as a beta tester

Bonblick is in private beta. You get the app before everyone else — on iPhone or Android — and help turn one photo into a clearer view of everyday consumption.

How to get in

iPhone (iOS) — via TestFlight

Requires an iPhone on iOS 26 or newer.

  1. Install TestFlight from the App Store — that's Apple's app for beta builds.
  2. On your iPhone, open the invite link we send you by email.
  3. Tap Install in TestFlight. Bonblick lands as its own app on your home screen.
  4. TestFlight tells you when an update is ready — one tap and you're on the latest version.

Android

Requires an Android device on Android 8.0 or newer.

For Android there are two paths right now — the invite tells you which one applies to you.

Path A — Firebase App Distribution

  1. Open the invite email on your Android device and tap the link.
  2. Follow the link once to set up Firebase's "App Tester" app.
  3. Download and install Bonblick through it — confirm "allow installs from this source" if asked.

Path B — Google Play (internal testing)

  1. Open the Play Store link from the invite and confirm "Join the beta".
  2. Install Bonblick from the Play Store like any other app.
  3. Updates then arrive automatically through the Play Store.

What to expect on first launch

TesterPayKit — our testing companion

During the beta we're trialing TesterPayKit: our own system for making testing processes better. It helps us see where things snag and makes it easy for you to send feedback — often just a shake of your device.

So on the very first launch the app shows a few more prompts and a bit more info than usual. Don't be alarmed — that's normal and happens only once. After that, Bonblick is as calm and uncluttered as you'd expect.
